PLMII Book Review : Reader's Guide To The Legend Of Drizzt

20 Years of Drizzt! Wow!

This coffee table sized look at "20 Years" of every super geek's favorite Dark Elf. Is well done and worth the price if you are a fan of R.A. Salvatore and his Dark Elf series. I still can remember chatting with my friends back in 1988 about the fact that no fiction covered the Dark Elves, and how cool it would be if someone wrote about them.

Well, Salvatore did and we all thank him for his contribution to the world of RPG fantasy. This beautiful book showcases art from the entire series over its 20 years, but does favor the newer art. It also does not include any book details after the "Sea Of Swords", guess that is for 30 Years of Drizzt.

Wizards of the Coast has done some things the fans have not liked over the years, but they did good on this one.
