SuperCon 08 - Report

"Thanks", go out to the staff of SuperCon, for a job well done. It was a great weekend event. My fans and supporters were out in full force and several titles sold out at the event. A big thanks to my brother Paul, resident mohawk salesman, Frank and my wonderful wife, Frances for helping run the booth this busy weekend.
Here are just a few highlights:

- Natalia Tena of Harry Potter fame should be enjoying her new copy of “Before You Imagine, Forget all you know.  She is a great actress, and I loved her work in the HP films, it was an honor not only to meet her but give her a signed copy of my work. She loved the cover for “Drop Dead Sexy”.

- Chris Crocker, has a signed copy of “Black Sands Fall” which he can enjoy between podcasts and ensuring that everyone, “LEAVE BRITTNEY ALONE.” It was great to meet Chris; he was a really nice guy.

- Next to the Mythix Booth, were two great local artists:  Writer/Creator/Publisher for RIFTOR & O-ZONE, Phil Hardy & Artist/Editor of RENAISSANCE, Anthony Gregori. PLMII’s illustrated rhyme book is happy to add Tony Gregori to the fold as one of the many participating artists. Tony picked his rhymes, and drew up sketches for his interpretations of PLMII’s work at the show.

- Local artist Matt Reynolds in attendance at the show was chosen to grace the cover of a new Dark Rhyme Collection, by PLMII scheduled for release first quarter of 2009.

Here are some pictures from this great event.
